About Foods & Frostings
Joan is a third generation baker born and raised in
Albany NY. The family owned bakery business was Broadway
Bakery located on the Northern Blvd. Baking old time
tradition and methods from the past are the ambitions
Joan works for every day.
Shawn was born and raised in the capital region, and
served his nation for 6 years in the Army. Shawn has
been in the fine dining restaurant and catering
spotlight for 27 years. Shawn has catered over 10,000
events. To serve the community fine foods and superb
service is a goal he works for everyday. His passion is
creating dishes that tantalize the palate, which keeps
his customers asking for more.
